A Strong Debut at the APGA Operations Conference 2025

Utilities & Industries is excited to share highlights from our first-ever participation in the American Public Gas Association (APGA) Operations Conference & Vendor Exhibit, held October 21–23, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As the premier annual event for public gas utilities, the APGA Operations Conference brings together utility professionals, engineers, and vendors to explore the latest in safety, compliance, and operational innovation. Our team was thrilled to join this respected gathering, connecting with peers, customers, and new partners in the natural gas industry.

A Warm Welcome from the APGA Community

As first-time exhibitors, we were grateful for the warm welcome from attendees. Visitors to our booth came from utilities across the country, eager to discuss their operational needs and explore ways to improve meter performance and accuracy.

We had the opportunity to share how Utilities & Industries supports public gas utilities with dependable gas meter repair, calibration, and logistics management services. These conversations reinforced how critical reliability and turnaround time are to day-to-day utility operations.

Showcasing Our Gas Meter Solutions

At our booth, we highlighted some of our core service capabilities, including:

  • Comprehensive diaphragm and rotary meter repair programs

  • Certified calibration and testing services ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance

  • End-to-end service integration for efficient meter lifecycle management

Each discussion underscored a shared goal: helping utilities operate more efficiently, meet safety requirements, and deliver dependable service to their communities.

Key Takeaways from the Conference

Throughout the week, several themes stood out from our conversations and sessions at APGA 2025:

  • Safety and compliance continue to guide every operational decision.

  • Workforce transitions highlight the value of trusted service partnerships.

  • Technology adoption, including AMI, telemetry, and digital tracking, is reshaping meter management.

  • Efficiency and accountability are driving utilities to seek transparent, traceable repair and calibration workflows.

These insights align perfectly with our mission to support public gas systems through technical precision, responsive service, and long-term collaboration.

Looking Ahead

Exhibiting at APGA 2025 was a milestone for our team, and just the beginning of our journey with this incredible community. We’re already applying what we learned from the event to continue improving our services and expanding how we support gas utilities nationwide.

To everyone who stopped by our booth, thank you for your time and conversation. Your input helps us grow and refine the solutions we provide every day.
